Every engagement is scoped individually and quoted before work begins. Briefs submitted through the inquiry form, by email, or by WhatsApp receive a quote and a timeline in reply.
The accepted quote is the invoice subsequently issued. Changes to scope are re-quoted separately rather than absorbed into unspecified hours.
